Case 1

A 45-year-old male presents with right inguinal lymphadenopathy and an abnormal blood film.

Case 2

An 83-year-old woman was treated 11 years previously with partial mastectomy and radiation for breast cancer. Now she presents with a tender mass at the lateral aspect of the mastectomy scar. The mass was noticed upon waking, and had definitely not been present the night before.

Case 3
