Clinical Summary:

38-year-old post-bone-marrow-transplant patient with acute onset anemia.

Laboratory Results:

Hemoglobin reduced to 50% of normal, very low reticulocyte count, normal numbers of white cells and platelets. A bone marrow examination was performed.
