Case 1 - FNA of breastContributed by Dr Britt-Marie Lung, California, USA 43 year-old woman with 1.5cm palpable mass in the right breast. No skin or nipple changes were noted and there were no palpable axillary lymph nodes. Imaging showed a mass lesion with ill-defined borders but not spiculation. Size by imaging was 16 mm. The sample was collected with a 23-gauge needle, guided by palpation. | ||
